Allseas Global Logistics acquires 17.5% stake in The Naxco Group

Allseas Global logistics are proud to announce a recent strategic development in the acquisition of an 17.5% stake in one of the largest fully integrated shipping and logistics providers, The Naxco Group.

Naxco, a 50 year old company with 340 employees globally and offices in key locations across Europe, Africa, and Asia, helps to further extend our global reach.

After securing the deal, our Founder and Managing Director, Darren Wright said: 

“Since we established our successful joint venture of DKT Allseas Shipping with the Belgian division of NAXCO Group, it has become apparent that we share the same vision and principles. It was the natural next step to become more closely involved in the Group, but the acquisition also forms part of our global strategy giving us access to a network of owned offices with a broad range of skills within the industry.

NAXCO, also being a stakeholder in the global network United Ocean Lines (UOL), gives us further access to a forwarding network across all continents so our global coverage is now even greater than ever before. This acquisition is one of a number of growth ambitions we have on our agenda to further strengthen our position globally, whilst not forgetting our core values and commitments”
